Abelo's Caracteristics

Abelo (which means "bee" in esperanto) is a free (open source) web management system for retail administration of enterprises. It's possible to manage customers, workers, products and suppliers, make supply control, works like point of sale, beyond financial enterprise management. The Abelo is been developed in Ruby programming language using the framework Rails. Therefore, it suports the databases PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite and others.

Register

Abelo allows to register and manage customers/clients, suppliers, workers and products.

Financial Management

Organization can control diferent bank accounts and respective financial launches.

Point of Sale

Abelo allows the register of purchases and payments in a specific environment for point of sale, with fiscal printer support. Moreover, it is possible to define which will be the modes of payment practised by the organization, also including some related parameters to the payment mode, for example, the number of parcels in a sale.

Stock

In Abelo you can make stock control that allows the organization manages the flow of products (or materials) that leave and enter in organization, indicating the amount and that itens needs to be restituted.

Permissions for multiple users

The Abelo allows the existence of many users with different access permissions defined by profiles.
