Document Management
Rationale
The Abelo system will have an option on menu (ilustrated bellow) called with the name choosen by admin on configuration of the organization ("Document Name").
The user can create new documents or model documents to his organizations. It will be possible create an document based on the document model created.
The document must have a field called settings of text type on database that we could use in the future to make some features.
In the creation of a new document from a model, it will create a reference to this model. So, if exists at least a document that references a model, this model can't be excluded. Although, it can exists a document without a model.
It must exist a tab
Document Models and a tab
Other Documents. In first, it will exists a models list and, in addition of tradicional buttons, it will have a button to show the referring documents for each model and other to add new documents. In second, it will exists a list of documents without a model.
Below of the search field, it must exists a list of tags that will can be register for a document or a model.
The documents must be associated to a department and can be associated to a customer, supplier or worker.
A documents will can be printed from a pop up.
