Rationale

The Abelo system must support project management. The project support could be an option on the organization management menu (ilustrated bellow) called "Projects" or a name defined by administration to the organization.

The fields needed by the project are:

• Name (name of the project)
• Service (service associated to the project. The service requirement is described on ActionItem12 ). An project must exist only if it is associated to an service
• Major Responsible (a worker of the organization that will be the major responsible of the service)
• Workers (people that will work on the service)
• Comercial Proposal (is a document describe on ActionItem60 that is associated to the service and contains some description about the service)
• Contract (is a document describe on ActionItem60 that is associated to the service and contains the formalization between the organization and the customer about the service )
• Open Date (date that the comercial proposal is accept)
• Preview Close Date (data that the service is previst to finish)
• Close Date (date when the service is finished)
• Status ()

The service must be integrated with the financial module of the system, so the payments associated to the service will be displayed on the financial module too.
