Reordering tabs on configuration menu option

Rationale

Actually the system has on configuration menu option on organization management area 4 (four) tabs who means categories configuration. They are customer categories, worker categories, supplier categories and product categories. The problem is that there are many options of categories as tabs as ilustrated bellow:

The idea is remove this four tabs and put only one with the title "Categories" and inside the "Categories" option we can choose what category will be manipulated clicking on the picture that means the category.

But we are going to use icons to mean the category not names.
